Zortrax Inventure
Powerful Device of Innovation
Zortrax Inventure is an affordable desktop machine with capabilities found almost exclusively in large industrial 3D printers: a dissolvable support system, an enclosed heated printing chamber, a built-in HEPA filter, and a capability to work in dual or single extrusion modes. Compatibility with a wide range of filaments like nylon or highly durable ABS blends makes Zortrax Inventure a versatile tools for engineers, designers, and doctors.
Zortrax Inventure can 3D print movable mechanisms in one go. The heated chamber keeps the right temperature to minimize shrinkage and achieve high dimensional accuracy. Soluble support structures can be removed from between tightly interlocked parts just by rinsing the model in water.
Objectives
Features
Single and Dual-Extrusion
Inventure supports single and dual-extrusion modes.
Enclosed Printing Chamber
The build platform is sealed off from the environment to ensure controlled 3D printing conditions.
Built-in HEPA filter
A HEPA filter intercepts over 99% of 3D printing emission.
External Materials Support
Third-party filaments available on spools are fully supported in both single and dual extrusion modes.

WATER-SOLUBLE SUPPORT MATERIAL
In dual-extrusion mode, Zortrax Inventure prints supports out of Z-SUPPORT Premium, a BVOH water-soluble filament. They can be removed in Zortrax DSS Station wich keeps the water at optimal temperature and circulates in around the model to achieve high dissolution rate. Supports printed on the Inventure in the single-extrusion mode are made of the model material and have to be removed mechanically.
Step 1 Put into water
Take the model off the build tray and submerge it in water inside the Zortrax DSS Station.
Step 2 Rinse
Take the model out of the Zortrax DSS Station. Sometimes it’s necessary to remove remnants of support with a brush included in the kit.
Step 3 Dry
Carefully dry the model once the support dissolution is done. That’s all. The support structures are gone.
